Located across the bay from San Francisco at the other end of the Bay Bridge, Emeryville was originally a predominantly industrial town known more for its factories than anything else, Emeryville has been undergoing a substantial transformation. As heavy industry has moved out, Biotech and Software Developers have been moving in. Additionally Emeryville has been experiencing growth in the residential and retail sectors as well.
